Do you have a physical store?
No, I don't have a store. You can see and buy all my handmade items in my online store. However, I do have a workshop, which is only open by appointment. If you would like to visit me, please write to me to make an appointment.

What are your opening hours // when can I call you // how soon can I expect an answer by email?
All calls and emails will be answered from Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 18:00. If you are from another country, please note the time difference to Berlin/Germany, where I am located.

Is it possible to order a custom-made product?
Custom orders are possible, but there are a few things to consider. They usually take more time, so I have to adjust the price and it takes longer for them to be ready. Please also note that they must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. If you're interested, let's talk about it! Just send me a message.

For example, I like one of your bags, but would like it in a different colour/fabric/bigger/shorter etc. is it possible?
If I have all the materials, this is normally not a problem. The product is then a custom-made product (see question above).

I would like to order a product that is MADE TO ORDER. The order processing time is 2 weeks, can it be faster?
I work part-time at the theater and am not in my workshop every day. That's why I need a few days to plan your order. In some cases it takes less than two weeks for your order to be shipped. If you need it faster, please send me a message before you place your order. I can then tell you directly how fast it can go.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Firstly, make sure your email address is spelled correctly, because spelling mistakes can happen without you realizing it. Secondly, check your spam folder, because some emails end up there by mistake!

My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
The most important thing is that you give your name and address correctly. If there is an error and the letter carrier cannot find you, the parcel will be returned to me. Unfortunately, you may have to pay additional charges for resending if the error is in your details.
If your parcel has a tracking number, you can track it online. If you have any questions, just send me an email with your order number or give me a call. If I can't answer the phone, please send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm in Berlin and would like to visit your studio // pick up my order. can i just drop by
My studio is only open by appointment, i.e. it is best to write me an e-mail the day before or, even better and quicker, give me a call. In some cases, we can also meet at a different location.
